Capital Project Procurement & Bid Leveling

$3,500 flat fee

Specification scope writing, contractor sourcing, and exhaustive bid comparison, in order to move forward with competitive pricing for your project.

Project Oversight & Milestone Enforcement

4% of total project cost ($4,000 minimum)
